Here's a really interesting comparison. Shown below are two adverts. Both mark an important turning point to the computer industry as both are firsts.

The first in Apple first TV advert created for the launch of Apple II - before the Mac. It was made in 1983. Spot the star, absorb the 'design'. It strikes me this is fit for today's TV.......?


The second is Microsoft's first TV advert created for the launch of Microsoft Windows 1.0. Hmmmm. Is it a spoof? I believe not.

Yes, this really shows something about style, about approach, and it also starts a terrific story..........
