Blackpool Libraries members can now access hundreds of quality reference books and encyclopaedias which make up our 24/7 Electronic Library. All you need is a Blackpool Libraries membership card number. You can either call in at one of our Community Libraries around the Borough and use a public network PC or login for a remote access from your home or office PC via the Internet 24/7.
