As part of the National Childcare Strategy, Blackpool’s SureStart Partnership has developed a Children's Information Service.

The service is based within the Education, Leisure and Cultural Services Department and aims to provide advice and information to parents/carers, employers and professionals on a wide range of childcare topics.
