Thai Curry Chicken Burgers

Ingredients




450 gm minced chicken
3 carrots, grated
4 spring onions, chopped
1 1/2 tblsp green thai curry paste
1 small egg


Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl


chill in the fridge for at least 20 mins



divide the mixture into 4 and shape into burgers

heat a little oil in a frying pan
fry the burgers for about 5-6 mins on each side until golden brown or until cooked through
place in a bun of your choice and serve with salad and chips
