What is NLP?

Neuro - the unique way we organise the information we recieve via senses about our experience of the world. and how the way we experience the external world and organise our mental world influences our physiology and behaviour.

Linguistic - how we express our experience to ourselves and others via the language we use, and how the language we use effects our behaviour and feelings.

Programming - how habitual, often unconsious, patterns of thought and feelings developed through the course of our life affect our behaviour in the present, and how these patterns can be changed.

Other NLP courses Jane has trained in are:

  • Anger Management.
  • Raising Self Esteem.
  • Positive Steps.
  • Self Harm
  • Suicide.
