These informal 1 day workshops introduce you to the above therapies, showing you how to carry them out for family and friends. You are given qualified tuition and as groups are kept small there is plenty of chance to practice. All equipment, massage oils and written instructions are provided. The cost of the day also includes lunch and all refreshments. £30

The Reiki for Parents Workshop introduces you to Reiki and how this can be used to help calm, relax and soothe your child. There is also a chance for you to try the Reiki Experience for yourself.
The cost of the workshop includes all refreshments. £15
