Does looking at this picture help you to feel calm inside? To me it says "Stillness, tranquility, peace" I feel as if I am really there in the wood, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the busy-ness of life is a world away.
That is how you can feel after having a complementary therapy, whether it be Relflexology, Relaxing Massage or Reiki.
