Our Labour MP, Gordon Marsden, and the Labour Council led by Councillor Simon Blackburn, are working hard to ensure that Blackpool has the best possible chance of withstanding the unnecessary cuts being imposed by the Tory-led coalition Government.  Jobs and vital services are being needlessly put at risk by a blinkered government.  Keeping people in work paying taxes and spending their wages in the economy is the best way of working our way into full recovery.
