Local Strategic Partnership Representation Blackpool SURF is formally represented at the Blackpool Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) Assembly and on many of that body’s themed partnership groups. SURF’s representatives will be decided by an election process which takes place bi-annually at the SURF AGM. Information is sent out regarding these roles at the appropriate time.
