The 10 winning Blackpool buildings and activities were announced on 21st January 2010.

Including awards to Moor Park School and Blackpool 6th Form College.

The event was held at St Johns Conference Centre. In attendance were the Mayor of Blackpool, Norman Hardy, the Patron of the Trust, Jimmy Armfield CBE, MP's Joan Humble and Gordon Marsden.  The awards were announced by Elaine Smith, Chairman of the Blackpool Civic Trust and Andy Mitchell of Radio Wave.
