The PSE outreach project employs outreach workers to work with men who have sex with men in public environments. The projects lead agency is Drugline Lancashire, who supply management, information and administration support.

The workers distribute condoms and lube, verbal and written safer sex information to reduce the incidences of HIV and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) infection in Blackpool and Fylde.
