Communication and Information

In order to engage more people and make sure that as many people as possible have a say in decisions that affect them, there needs to be improved communication and information.  This action is intended to develop new and innovative ways of communicating. 
Including developing centralised information and methods of two-way communication through website portals - hence Blackpool4me!
