RENDEZVOUS OVER 55s COFFEE CLUB MEETS ON THE FIRST TUESDAY MORNING OF EACH MONTH AT ALL SAINTS HALL, PARK ROAD, BLACKPOOL The meeting in October was a special one as it was the club's birthday.
The meeting on September 1st 2009 was a commemoration of the outbreak of the 2nd world war. Following the coffee, tea and exceedingly good cakes, was a celebration in song.

The Swimathon by John Scheggia (70) and Harold Spencer (82) amounted to a total 158 x 20 metre lengths and raised an amazing £607.50 before the addition of Gift Aid. Sincere thanks to all who supported that effort towards the provision of disabled facilities at the hall. A terrific effort all round!
