Hello !
Thank you for visiting my site.
With Councillor Fred Jackson I know I am privileged to represent you and all the other residents of Victoria Ward on Blackpool Council and am always pleased to hear from you.
The Ward boundaries are not easy to follow. They stretch from Revoe Library - to include residents within a line drawn down the middle of Grasmere Road, up Bloomfield Road on its southerly side as far as Boardman Avenue, then along Stoke Avenue and Fir Grove, along Waterloo Road, down Hawes Side Lane, along Hemingway, down Marton Drive, Yeadon Way to Waterloo Road, Central Drive and back to Revoe Library, an electorate of some 5,200 adults.
If you live to the north of the middle of Bloomfield Road, you vote in the church hall at the corner of Palmer Avenue and Central Drive.
If you live to the south of the midde of Bloomfield Road, you vote at Waterloo Road Junior School.
Our Ward Surgeries are NOW combined with the PACT Meetings (Police and Community Together) and are held at Waterloo Primary School on the first Tuesday of each month when Fred and I shall be able to see you on any matter concerning the work of the Council and how it may be affecting you. Always lively. Plenty of chat. Just come and listen. Or have the opportunity to get things off your chest. You will be pleasantly surprised to hear of the good work which is ongoing and successful.
Your local Community Policeman will be there to be kept up-to-date with your neighbourhood concerns on crime and anti-social behaviour.
Contact me by telephone on 399311, send me an e-mail,or drop me a line at 3 Westcliffe Drive.
Looking forward to hearing from you as and when.
