We on the Labour side want to see a MINIMUM age of at least 40 for these properties, and we want gaurantees that the Council are going to stop putting people with Drug and Alcohol problems in these flats."
Keep watching for updates on this - so far the Tories and the Liberals have supported Simon's proposal - let's see what happens at the Committee stage....hopefully though, this represents a real breakthrough in the way we treat our most vulnerable tenants.
