Having already approved Alleygates to the rear of Bryan Road, Olive Grove and Chester Avenue, we think we might just have enough funding left in this financial year to pay for some to the rear of Boothley Road (even numbers, adjacent to the old petrol station). There's been reports of drug dealing, drug use, vandalism and break-ins. Having visited at the invitation of local residents last week, I've asked for a quote to be prepared, and hopefully, we'll be able to squeeze enough cash from our 2007/8 budget to pay for them.
Remember though, we will get a further £20,000 in April 2008, so keep ideas coming in, and we'll do our best to help!
