We have said that Blackpool4Me is built by local groups or individuals from Blackpool's community, but how does that happen?
Whoever wants a website contacts the Blackpool4Me team, either by the 'Contact B4Me' link or by 'Want a channel?'. The team organise a date for them to get to know how to use their channel and to create the web pages. After that they are ready to go!!!
Further sessions can be arranged for learning how to set up the Surveys or Forums and to manage the channel generally.
It is really easy to create the web pages, and the Blackpool4Me team have made it this way so that anyone can get the hang of using it. No-one expects you to be a web designer, we have taken the hard bits out. See, all you have to do is fill in the white boxes!
