BISPHAM GALA 2006 Thankfully it didn't rain for Bispham Gala this year.  Out in force also, we managed to swell our numbers with the inclusion of the SBYP's (St Bernadette's Young Players) who all enjoyed a sunbaked and exhaustive walk around the streets of Bispham and Norbreck.  All proceeds made by the Gala are put into the funds for next year. Front from left to right: Rebecca, Hannah, Sophie, Emma, Jodie Photo: G Tirrochi  (15/07/06)                 The SBYP's took second prize in the childrens category, but the day was about entertaining the expectant crowds.  After setting off at 1pm, 2 hours (and with quite a few tired feet) later we made it back.  One or two of us got seperated but at least everyone made it back safe and sound. A great day was had by all.  The theme for next year is still under wraps but chairperson Jake, assures us it will be bigger and better.  Watch this space.
